Operational Procurement Specialist

Your key responsibilities:Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase ordersSource products and services and support supplier selection activitiesNegotiate pricing and commercial terms within defined frameworksObtain and follow up on order confirmations and monitor supplier delivery performanceMaintain and update SAP master data (SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM)Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and resolve invoice discrepanciesSupport contract administration and supplier performance managementHandle quality cases (e.g., defects, non-conformities)Act as an interface between production, sales, development, quality management, and suppliersContribute to the continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation of purchasing processesYour background :Commercial or technical education; further training in purchasing or logistics is an advantage3 years of experience in operational purchasing or a comparable roleSolid experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially SAP MMExperience in an industrial environment; MEM industry experience is a plusAbility to work independently with general supervisionStructured and solution-oriented problem-solving approachAre you interested in this opportunity?I look forward to receiving your CV.If you have any questions, feel free to contact Aneta Andrzejewska at or connect via LinkedIn: Aneta Andrzejewska.Even if this particular role isn't the right fit for you, we'd still love to hear from you — Experis IT has numerous exciting opportunities across Switzerland.
