You will analyse trends, develop product concepts, collaborate with brand partners and suppliers, and drive the performance of our retail range to ensure great customer experiences with Boostbar. Using consumer and market insights, strong quantitative analysis, and a natural foodie instinct, you will support data-driven product decisions and work closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into reality.What You'll DoAnalyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and product performance across all Boostbar categories, from coffee and drinks to snacks and meals.Manage supplier and partner relationships, negotiating terms, defining initiatives, and aligning product decisions with the overall Boostbar strategy.Execute initiatives internally by coordinating rollouts, including PIM setup, pricing, sales materials, activations, and more.Challenge the status quo by promoting existing concepts, running regular gap analyses, and identifying new ways to disrupt the industry.
