Risk Analyst – SwitzerlandLocation:Zurich / Geneva / Basel, Switzerland (Hybrid or On-site)Department:Risk Management / Compliance / FinanceEmployment Type:Full-timeReports to:Risk Manager / Head of RiskAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalRisk Analystto support the assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of risks within our organization in Switzerland. You will play a key role in identifying operational, financial, and strategic risks and providing actionable insights to help the company make informed business decisions.The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of risk management frameworks, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct risk assessments and identify potential operational, financial, and strategic risks.Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate exposure and risk trends.Monitor risk indicators, internal controls, and compliance with policies and regulations.Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and regulators.Collaborate with business units to implement risk mitigation strategies.Support the development and maintenance of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.Assist in stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk modeling exercises.Participate in audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance initiatives.Track and report on risk incidents, escalations, and resolution progress.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management, or related field.2–5 years of experience inrisk analysis, operational risk, or financial risk management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency inExcel, SQL, Python, or risk analytics tools.Knowledge of Swiss and international regulatory requirements is a plus (FINMA, Basel II/III).Excellent communication and report-writing skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Fluent inEnglish;German and/or Frenchis an advantage.Familiarity with risk frameworks such as COSO, ISO 31000, or Basel standards is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive Swiss market salary and benefits package.Hybrid working flexibility (home office + on-site).Opportunity to contribute to the company's risk management and strategic decision-making.Collaborative, innovative, and compliance-focused work environment.Access to modern analytics and risk management tools.Annual learning and professional development budget.
