We are seeking a Legal Director to lead the legal strategy for our asset portfolio, ensuring seamless project execution and regulatory compliance.In this role, you will:Provide legal advice to the executive team on various Asset Management operations and projects.Offer legal support across all stages of investment-led and engineering-led projects, from development to handover.Assist in structuring joint ventures, drafting and negotiating key project agreements, and advising on regulatory matters.Work with Asset Management teams to ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with project goals.Manage disputes, liaise with external counsel, and implement legal policies to protect KVI's interests.Qualifications Law degree (JD, LLB or equivalent).
