Ihr VerantwortungsbereichSie unterstützen unser 8-köpfiges dynamisches Customer Service Team tatkräftig im Tagesgeschäft. Dabei übernehmen Sie verschiedene Aufgaben in den Bereichen Kundendienst und Administration. Mit unseren Kunden und Ansprechpartnern sind Sie täglich per E-Mail oder per Telefon in Kontakt und bewegen sich routiniert in unserem ERP-System. Es erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit viel Eigenverantwortung und aufgestellten Teamkollegen.Erfassen von BestellungenUmfassende Betreuung der Kunden per Telefon, Email und Ticketsystem (C4C)Eröffnen von Retouren Nummern (RMA) und Erstellen von GutschriftenKundenservice für Neueröffnungen, Adressänderungen, Namensänderungen und DatenanpassungIhre ProfilAbgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (oder Vergleichbare)Berufserfahrung im Bereich Innendienst von VorteilSehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (SAP) und MS Office AnwendungenSehr gute Deutsch- und gute Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Englisch von Vorteil)Professionelles Auftreten am TelefonFreude an der Arbeit im TeamKommunikationsfähigkeit und DurchsetzungsvermögenSelbständige und strukturierte ArbeitsweiseKunden- sowie serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und Sie scheuen sich nicht davor aktiv auf Kunden zuzugehen.Unser AngebotAuf Sie wartet eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Herausforderung in einem dynamischen Unternehmen.
