To apply use "Apply via LinkedIn" - with a CV in English About the RoleLead integration of newly incorporated entities in Spain, Mexico and Canada into HBS financial and reporting structure,Manage relationships with external payroll, accounting & tax providers and act as a link to ControllingOversee and support A/P, A/R, Fixed Asset and GL accounting for three legal entities incl. the closing processManage IFRS 16 database and related postingsCalculating and posting bad debt provisions (including IFRS 9)Support intercompany reconciliation process monthlyPrepare monthly direct cash flowCollaborate with the AP team lead on cash flow forecastingPrepare IFRS reporting package in HFM for three legal entities monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearlyOversee the approval of the employee expense reports (Mobile Expense)Maintain documentation of accounting processes and ensuring internal controls are in place and followed by the stakeholders What makes a successful candidate?Bachelor's/ master's degree in accounting (or equivalent certification)5+ years of relevant experienceGood knowledge of IFRS and any local GAAP for Canada, Mexico or Spain is a plusEnglish speaker, fluency in Spanish is a big plusStrong Excel skillsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plusERP implementation support experience desirableExperience in international or multicultural environments is an advantageOrganised and detail-oriented, with the ability to see the bigger picture and stay calm under pressure to meet deadlines.Independent, proactive, and committed to high-quality work, professional integrity, and client-first thinking.Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.HBS is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
