Founded in 1990, ACS have successfully operated for over 30 years and now have global presence with over 35 offices and 700+ employees worldwideOur Geneva office have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to join the team and assist with smooth running of the daily office operation whilst providing support to the wider sales team. Job DescriptionAs a Sales Support & Office Coordinator you will be a key member of the Swiss team in our Geneva office and will be the go to person supporting the sales teams with their day-to-day tasks and ensuring smooth operation across the office.Office Assistant's duties will include but are not limited to: Assisting the CEO with daily activitiesMaintaining flight files and assisting with preparing flight briefs / contracts / invoicesManaging the office diaryAssisting the wider team with scheduling client meetingsManaging travel and accommodation needs and organising training for office as requiredOverseeing Accounts Payable / ReceivablesAssisting with office recruitment, working with the wider HR team to coordination new starter information and inductionsTaking meeting minutesScheduling employee appraisals and keeping up-to-date employee records on fileMaintain a clean and organised office area at all times, processing and distributing daily postMaintaining stationary for officeAny other ad hoc administration tasksQualificationsExcellent organization and time management skillsExceptional communication skillsAttention to detailTeam playerReliablePolite and supportive mannerFluent in English and French (German is a plus)Additional InformationContinued professional development22 days holiday per year which increases with length of serviceA friendly fun and very exciting environment enhanced with regular company-funded social events such as socials and seasonal partiesAccess to "Swibeco" benefits platform where you can have wide range of benefits and attractive discounts on numerous leading brands.Check us out on social media LinkedIn - Facebook - Instagram - TikTok - Twitter - YoutubeDiversity and Inclusion: Here at ACS we're passionate about bringing people together to create a truly inclusive environment that promotes and values diversity, across our global network of offices.
