Systematic Execution TraderLocation:Switzerland (relocation support available)Experience:5+ yearsThe RoleOur client, a leading quantitative Swiss hedge fund, is seeking an experiencedSystematic Execution Traderwith a strong background infront-office trading and execution of cleared derivatives. This role combines hands-onsystematic trading responsibilitieswithoperational oversightacross the full trade lifecycle — sitting at the intersection of trading, execution, and operations.You will work closely withportfolio managers, quantitative researchers, and technologiststo ensure precise, efficient, and transparent execution across the firm's systematic strategies, while also maintaining operational excellence in post-trade and derivatives processes.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and monitorsystematic trading strategiesacross multiple asset classes, with a focus oncleared derivatives(futures, swaps, options).Actively manage theexecution process— from order generation to trade completion — ensuring best execution, low slippage, and operational accuracy.Collaborate with quant and technology teams to enhanceexecution algorithms, order routing logic, and automation frameworks.Overseetrade lifecycle management, including capture, allocation, and settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Managerisk, margin, and collateralworkflows for derivatives portfolios.Supportpost-tradeactivities such as P&L reconciliation, performance attribution, and reporting.Serve as a key liaison betweenfront office,middle/back office, andexternal counterparties(brokers, clearing firms, and administrators).Driveprocess automationand continuous improvements to trading and operational workflows.Requirements5+ years of experienceinsystematic or quantitative trading, with directfront-office trading and execution exposurein cleared derivatives (futures, options, swaps).Strong understanding ofderivatives markets,systematic trading workflows, andtrade lifecycle management.Experience withCTA,quantitative, orsystematic multi-assetstrategies.Familiarity withExecution Management Systems (EMS)andOrder Management Systems (OMS), as well as related post-trade infrastructure.Demonstrated ability to operate effectively acrosstrading, operations, and technologyfunctions.Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in afast-paced, data-driven trading environment.Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.EU/Swiss work eligibility preferred; relocation support available for exceptional candidates.
