Role OverviewAs a Salesforce Functional Architect / Salesforce Project Manager & Country Lead Zurich, you will act both as:the functional and project Salesforce lead for our clients, andthe 2PACE ambassador in Switzerland, responsible for building and growing our local presence.You will play a central role in the creation, structuring, and growth of 2PACE's activity in Zurich. Key Responsibilities Functional Architecture & DeliveryDesign and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ / Revenue Cloud depending on context).Capture and translate business requirements into scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.Lead Salesforce projects (governance, planning, quality, risk management).Ensure functional consistency and adherence to Salesforce best practices.Work closely with nearshore delivery teams and 2PACE technical experts.Act as the main functional and project point of contact for clients. Opening & Growing the Zurich OfficeLaunch and structure 2PACE's first office in Zurich.Build and maintain strong commercial and partner relationships, particularly with Salesforce Switzerland and the local ecosystem.Represent 2PACE at events, meetups, user groups, and client meetings.Contribute to business development activities (pre-sales, networking, opportunity generation).Increase brand visibility and credibility for 2PACE in the Swiss market.Support the progressive build-up of a local team.
