Just recently we introduced Salesforce with great commitment. You will lead the project and have the opportunity to further develop our platform. Therefore were are looking to strengthen our IT Department at our Headoffice (HQ) in Steinhausen with you, as Salesforce Engineer 80 – 100% What you will do Supporting the training of new users and expanding Salesforce knowledge throughout the organization Understand complex requirements and develop solution proposals Identify impact of new requirements on Salesforce and evaluate all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes Work with Salesforce users to define and document development requirements Maintain documentation of current functionality Perform regular internal system audits and prepare upgrades Ensuring optimal performance of the Salesforce system What we require from you Completed (commercial/informatics) degree or equivalent Minimum 3 years+ practical experience as a Salesforce administrato r/engineer/business analyst Experience in creating new processes and implementing them Knowledge of Salesforce products, their functionalities and best practices Salesforce Admin certification, .
