Chief Financial Officer - Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung Medgate Schweiz

Was Sie bewegen

  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung sowie der übergeordneten Medgate Gruppe entwickeln Sie die Finanzstrategie in Einklang mit der Gesamtstrategie weiter
  • Sie verantworten die gesamte Finanzstrategie und -planung sowie das Finanzcontrolling des dynamischen und schnell wachsenden Unternehmens
  • Sie führen und fördern ein engagiertes Finanzteam mit 3 Mitarbeitenden und stellen gemeinsam ein modernes Finanzmanagement sicher
  • Durch professionelle Planung, Budgetierung und Liquiditätssteuerung sowie der Erstellung von Businessplänen für neue Dienstleistungen unterstützen Sie die Geschäftsbereiche, ermöglichen auf Basis finanzieller Kennzahlen die Weiterentwicklung innovativer Produkte und Dienstleistungen und stellen wichtige Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Ihre Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung
  • Ein besonderer Fokus liegt zudem auf der Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen, einschliesslich des Einsatzes von KI-Technologien und Tools
  • Als empathische Führungspersönlichkeit entwickeln und motivieren Sie die Mitarbeitenden in einer partnerschaftlichen Weise und fördern eine konstruktive Zusammenarbeit in abteilungsübergreifenden Stakeholder Teams

Was Sie auszeichnet

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Rechnungswesen (oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Finanzbereich, von Vorteil im Gesundheitswesen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzplanung, Controlling, Rechnungslegung (gemäss IFRS und OR) und Treasury
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, ERP-Systemen, Finanzsoftwarelösungen (z.B. Abacus) sowie Datenanalyse-Tools
  • Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen und im Einsatz von KI-Technologien
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte, proaktive und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisch anpackende Persönlichkeit, zuverlässig, vertrauenswürdig und mit der Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld Orientierung, Fokus und Gelassenheit zu bewahren
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
