Als Head of Order Processing & Strategic Purchasing sind Sie verantwortlich für die gesamte Supply Chain der LEGIC-Lagerprodukte – vom Hersteller bis zum Kunden bzw. Partner. Sie stellen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams sowie externen Lieferanten und Partnern sicher, dass Bestellungen effizient, termingerecht und in bester Qualität erfüllt werden.

  • Verantwortung für Lagerbewirtschaftung, Planung und Beschaffung aller Lagerartikel inkl. Qualitätskontrolle und Verfügbarkeitsmanagement
  • Strategisches und kommerzielles Lieferantenmanagement inkl. Vertrags- und Konditionsverhandlungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Test & Production Engineering, Produktmanagement, Vertrieb & Marketing in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten.
  • Management des gesamten Kundenbestellprozesses – von Auftragseingang über Ressourcenplanung bis zur Fakturierung und Retourenabwicklung in Abstimmung mit anderen Bereichen
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des OLP-Teams (Orders, Logistics, Purchasing)
  • Kostenstellenplanung und -steuerung sowie strategische Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse

Eine Erfahrung, die zählt: deine Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Auftragsabwicklung, strategischer Einkauf und Supply Chain Management, idealerweise in der Elektronik- oder Hightech-Branche
  • Führungserfahrung mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Lieferanten und Kunden
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Umsetzungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
