In this role, you will lead and guide dynamic consulting projects that involve strategic planning, organizational restructuring, and effective management to optimize business efficiencies. You will work collaboratively with senior management analyzing their businesses and providing innovative recommendations for enhancements and improvements. You will lead cross functional teams to evaluate acquisition, investment, and divestiture opportunities from inception to due diligence to negotiation and close. You will work with external advisors and engage with CEOs and senior management at companies across the technology spectrum. 

As a Senior Business Strategy Consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact. You will build strong relationships with senior management, conducting interviews and gathering relevant data to gain invaluable insights into their organizations. You will conduct market research, analyzing industry trends and evaluating the market landscape to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks. With your keen eye for detail, you will assess current business operations, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and drive lasting change.

Using your understanding of the organization's unique needs and goals, you will develop comprehensive strategies and action plans that drive transformative results. Required Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of work experience in business strategy consulting in the banking and insurance industry, mergers and acquisitions, or a related field

• Project experience in process excellence, target operating model design, post-merger-integration, research, compliance

• Background in Business Analytics

• Lead projects for global financial services organizations at the intersection of business and technology

• Deep expertise in structuring and developing competitive proposal on various subjects

• Skilled in gathering and synthesizing data, conducting market research, and developing actionable insights and recommendations

• A deep understanding of business operations, industry dynamics, and market trends

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers, delivering presentations, and preparing reports

• Proficiency in all MS Office tools

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Delivered data-driven solutions and process enhancements by leveraging emerging technologies, with a strong focus on customer experience and operational efficiency in banking and insurance.

• Directed end-to-end M&A projects, including due diligence, target operating model design, and post-merger integration, ensuring synergy realization and strategic alignment.
