Wir suchen dich als engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung unseres Finance-Teams. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Monatsabschlüsse, betreibst aktives Controlling und Cash Management und springst operativ ein, wenn es darauf ankommt. Darüber hinaus wirkst du aktiv bei strategischen Projekten mit, unterstützt den Auf- und Ausbau des Finance Departments und trägst durch Finance Insights als Business Partner zum Wachstum des Unternehmens bei. Du rapportierst an den CFO.

Aufgabenbereiche

  • Monatsabschlüsse verantworten und koordinieren, inkl. Abstimmung mit Buchhaltung und relevanten Fachabteilungen
  • Controlling-Aufgaben übernehmen und Controlling-System aufbauen, z. B. Budgetüberwachung, Forecasts, Abweichungsanalysen
  • Cash Management: Überwachung und Steuerung der Liquidität und Zahlungsströmen
  • Operative Unterstützung bei Engpässen oder dringenden Themen, z. B. AR/AP
  • Mitarbeit an strategischen Projekten, z. B. Prozessoptimierungen, Systemeinführungen, Finanzplanung
  • Aktive Mitwirkung beim Aufbau des Finance Departments und Unterstützung des Unternehmenswachstums durch Finance Insights als Business Partner
  • Erstellung von Finanzberichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Tools im Finanzbereich
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung eines neuen ERPs

Qualifikationen

Ausbildung & Erfahrung

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen sowie internationalen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit an strategischen Projekten von Vorteil

Fachliche Kompetenzen

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Monatsabschlüssen, Controlling und Cash Management
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O von Vorteil
