As a premium sportswear brand growing at a rapid pace globally, we are searching for a Senior Internal Events Specialist who thrives on driving innovation and delivering strategic, impactful events that inspire and connect teams worldwide. Reporting to the Internal Events Lead, this senior role will go beyond event execution, taking ownership of budgetary decisions, strategic planning, and program evolution. You'll partner closely with leadership to craft a global events strategy that reflects our culture and drives meaningful outcomes for the business. This role demands creative problem-solving, leadership, and an ability to see the big picture while delivering exceptional details.

Your mission

  • Collaborate with the Head of Internal Events on a strategic vision for internal events, ensuring alignment with company culture, values, and global objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, delivery, and evaluation of impactful events, balancing creativity with operational excellence.
  • Take full ownership of event budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while maximising value and ROI.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring events contribute to cultural alignment and organizational priorities.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure event strategies address company-wide needs and foster collaboration.
  • Oversee and scale event programs globally, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration within the team.

Your story

  • You have 8+ years of experience in event management, with proven success in delivering high-profile, global events at scale.
  • Strong budget management and financial planning expertise, with experience in optimizing resources while maintaining quality.
  • A visionary mindset with the ability to translate organizational objectives into event strategies that deliver measurable impact.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior leadership.
  • A creative thinker who thrives on innovation and challenges the status quo in event design and delivery.
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus), with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A natural leader with a collaborative approach, passionate about mentoring and growing team members.
