Purpose:

Single point of contact for Emerging Affiliates and Partner Business cluster Insights and Analytics. The I&A lead, supported by his/her team, provides local teams with strategic insight through quantitative advance analytics and reporting. The role will drive work streams to proactively plan, design and lead initiatives for in-line and launch products across all franchises. He /she will be also required to support the brand planning and forecasting process as needed. 

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team supporting Emerging Affiliates and Partner Business through actionable insights and analytics to inform the commercial strategy execution across the CSL portfolio

  • Oversees the business analytics deliverables across portfolio to proactively plan, manage and execute commercial data modeling and scenario analysis.

  • Deliver high quality, timely and actionable insights that characterize opportunities and risks and translate into clear management recommendations with associated implications for the business. 

  • Direct work where appropriate through managed resources provided by offshore delivery center ensuring work is appropriately prioritized, meets stakeholder needs and delivered in efficient fashion 

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts of affiliate across business analytics including but not limited to innovation in advanced analytics approaches, identification of new data where required and function capabilities 

  • Facilitate talent development through direct coaching, continuous feedback, and ad hoc learning programs 

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Engineering. MBA or PhD or other post graduate degree strongly preferred 

  • at least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Team management responsibility strongly preferred

  • Experience in customer insights generation, omnichannel orchestration, SFE and advance data analytics.  

  • Commercial experience strongly preferred
