Associate Director, Emerging Affiliates and Partner Business Insights & Analytics LeadSingle point of contact for Emerging Affiliates and Partner Business cluster Insights and Analytics. The I&A lead, supported by his/her team, provides local teams with strategic insight through quantitative advanced analytics and reporting. The role will drive work streams to proactively plan, design and lead initiatives for in-line and launch products across all franchises. He/she will also be required to support the brand planning and forecasting process as needed.ResponsibilitiesLeading a team supporting Emerging Affiliates and Partner Business through actionable insights and analytics to inform the commercial strategy execution across the CSL portfolioOversees the business analytics deliverables across portfolio to proactively plan, manage and execute commercial data modeling and scenario analysisDeliver high quality, timely and actionable insights that characterize opportunities and risks and translate into clear management recommendations with associated implications for the businessDirect work where appropriate through managed resources provided by offshore delivery center ensuring work is appropriately prioritized, meets stakeholder needs and delivered in efficient fashionLead continuous improvement efforts of affiliate across business analytics including but not limited to innovation in advanced analytics approaches, identification of new data where required and function capabilitiesFacilitate talent development through direct coaching, continuous feedback, and ad hoc learning programsQualificationsMaster’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Engineering. MBA or PhD or other postgraduate degree strongly preferredAt least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industryTeam management responsibility strongly preferredExperience in customer insights generation, omnichannel orchestration, SFE and advanced data analyticsCommercial experience strongly preferredOur BenefitsWe encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
