About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI Developer to support an international organization in the implementation, integration, and testing of AI-driven projects. The mission focuses on developing and optimizing AI-based tools and agents, particularly for classification use cases, and contributing to ongoing innovation initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop practical and usable AI-based tools leveraging identified model parameters and prompting techniques.

  • Build prototype and operational classification tools to support evaluation and eventual production use.

  • Design and implement AI agent solutions for both internal and external users.

  • Enhance existing AI tools through context analysis, example injection, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and semantic term processing.

  • Analyze the consistency and quality of training data ("ground truth") used by domain experts.

  • Document all implemented solutions and contribute to continuous improvements.

  • Report progress weekly, update JIRA tickets, and ensure full compliance with quality and security standards.

Your Profile

  • Solid experience with AI frameworks, ideally including AWS Bedrock and related technologies.

  • Strong background in Java-based web application development (for prototyping and solution delivery).

  • Understanding of machine learning pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI model evaluation.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently within an international and multidisciplinary environment.
