Location: Geneva, Switzerland (Hybrid / On-site as required)

Language: Fluent French (English a plus)

Duration: 12 months (freelance / contract)

A Swiss consulting firm is looking to engage a senior AI Leader on a 12-month freelance contract to strengthen its offering in the banking and financial services sector. The firm is well established in strategic consulting and transformation, and now looking to accelerate growth through AI-driven solutions.

The ideal person will combine business development capability with hands-on delivery leadership. With someone comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers, developing new revenue streams, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with financial services clients in Switzerland, focusing on AI and data-driven opportunities.
  • Identify new business prospects, shape proposals, and lead go-to-market initiatives.
  • Design and deliver AI strategies that align with clients' commercial and operational priorities.
  • Advise C-level stakeholders on AI adoption, governance, and implementation best practices.
  • Oversee project delivery and collaborate with internal and external specialists to ensure quality and impact.
  • Support the firm's broader AI growth strategy through client engagement and thought leadership.

Profile:

  • Strong background in AI, data strategy, or digital transformation within banking or financial services.
  • Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles, ideally with a track record of winning and delivering client projects.
  • Good understanding of current AI capabilities, including generative AI, automation, and predictive analytics.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills at senior level.
  • Fluent in French, with working English.
  • Based in or around Geneva, able to work on-site with clients when required.

Contract:

  • 12-month freelance engagement (extension possible)
