Per März oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine selbstständige, zielorientierte Persönlichkeit, die bei A/B-Tests nicht an Blutgruppen denkt und sich in den digitalen Kanälen perfekt auskennt. Deine Passion für Datenanalyse treibt dich an, neue Ideen auszutesten und die besten Kampagnen noch weiter zu optimieren? Du hast die notwendige Erfahrung, bleibst dennoch immer up-to-date und hebst unser Performance Marketing somit aufs nächste Level? Willkommen bei der Weinhandlung Martel.

Wer wir sind

Als führende Weinhandlung mit einem Team von fünfzig Mitarbeitenden haben wir uns mit Leidenschaft der sinnlichen Weinkultur verschrieben. Wir importieren ein breites Sortiment für unsere Privat- und Gastronomiekundschaft in der ganzen Schweiz und verbinden somit die Winzer, das Handwerk sowie die Weine mit Weinliebhabern. Unsere Weine hinterlassen Eindruck. Dich erwartet eine vielseitige Tätigkeit mit hoher Eigenständigkeit in einem Unternehmen mit starken Wurzeln. Ein moderner Arbeitsplatz sowie Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten sind eine Selbstverständlichkeit.

Deine Expertise

  • Studium (BWL, Marketing, Medienwissenschaften, Informatik) oder Zusatzqualifikationen im digitalen Marketing
  • Erfahrung im Performance Marketing und den entsprechenden Tools zwingend (v.a. Google, Meta, mailchimp etc.)
  • Fundierte KI-Kenntnisse und Neugier am digitalen Fortschritt
  • IT-Expertise und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Interesse an Weinkultur
