Sie haben bereits Führungserfahrung gesammelt und möchten den nächsten Schritt in Richtung mehr Verantwortung gehen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung eines Gebäudes mit insgesamt 126 Zimmer und LaLup Bistro.
  • Führung der ca. 20 Reinigungs- und Bistromitarbeiter sowie Techniker vor Ort.
  • Verantwortlich für die Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des La Lup Bistros mit integrierter Rezeption.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im LaLup Bistro.
  • Arbeitszeit Tagdienst, Montag bis Freitag (Arbeiten am Wochenende mit Ausnahmen)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen interne & externen Abteilungen: u.a Reservierung, Revenue, Marketing, Customer Service und HR
  • Selbstständige Verwaltung und Überwachung unseres Geschäfts- und Wohngebäudes im Herzen von Basel.
  • Korrespondenz mit Mietern, Dienstleistern und Behörden
  • Verhandlung von Serviceverträgen, Überwachung und Koordination der Dienstleister, Dokumentation von Wartungen sowie Einholung von Offerten
  • Besichtigungen der Objekte und Leerstände sowie regelmässige Qualitätskontrollen
  • Reklamationsmanagement und Bearbeitung von Onlinefeedbacks für den Standort Basel
  • Verantwortung für die Sicherheit der Liegenschaften: Organisation von Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz und Mitarbeiterschutz
  • Abwechselnder Pikettdienst mit zusätzlicher Vergütung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung an einer Hotelfachschule oder entsprechende Erfahrung in dieser Branche.
  • Sie haben bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung als Assistant F&B oder Assistant Front Office Manager bzw. in ähnlicher Funktion
  • Sie kennen die operativen Abläufe an einer Rezeption und eines Bistrobetriebs
  • Sie betrachten unerwartete und stressige Situationen als Herausforderung
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz sowie selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss.
