Im Zuge der internationalen Expansion und Professionalisierung der Strukturen am Standort Zug besetzen wir die Position des Kaufmännischen Leiters / Finance Directors (m/w/d).

Gesucht wird eine unternehmerisch denkende, umsetzungsstarke und zahlenaffine Persönlichkeit, die Freude daran hat, in einem internationalen Start-up-Umfeld Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Strukturen aufzubauen und selbst operativ tätig zu sein.

Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau und operative Führung der Finanzorganisation am Standort Zug
  • Eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung und Monatsabschlüsse in der Startphase
  • Steuerung externer Partner (Buchhaltung, Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung)
  • Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Forecasts und Cashflow-Planung
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS und Swiss GAAP FER
  • Aufbau eines effizienten Reportings über alle internationalen Tochtergesellschaften (Europa / Asien)
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung der Finanzprozesse in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
  • Direkte kaufmännische Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und Mitwirkung an internationalen Projekten

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder Controlling
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanzmanagement eines international tätigen Unternehmens oder in der Beratung / Wirtschaftsprüfung (Big 4 / Next 10)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER und internationalen Accounting-Standards
  • Praxiserfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Transformation von Finanzprozessen, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld oder Start-up
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud sowie modernen Reportingtools (z. B. Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch verhandlungssicher
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und Freude am Aufbau neuer Strukturen
