Description

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Expert to design and operate secure, scalable backend systems for our MSSP platform (Senthorus). In this hands-on senior role, you'll provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and directly impact the reliability, security, and scalability of our cybersecurity services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects end-to-end: conception, architecture, implementation, and delivery
  • Guide and mentor junior team members; act as a technical lead
  • Provide architectural and technological guidance; define strategic roadmaps
  • Manage and optimize DevOps pipelines and infrastructure automation
  • Develop secure APIs in Python and manage PostgreSQL/MongoDB databases
  • Conduct testing to ensure code quality and system stability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
  • Contribute to AI-driven, risk-based alerting systems

Skills & Profile

  • Minimum 8 years in DevOps/DevSecOps, ideally in MSSP or SOC environments
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity operations and threat detection
  • Hands-on experience in backend infrastructure, CI/CD, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Familiarity with AI in cybersecurity, Endpoint Security, XDR, SIEM, SOAR
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Certifications such as Microsoft, SANS, CEH are a plus
