Votre mission

En tant que Software Support Manager vous serez le point de contact technique privilégié de nos clients pour garantir la qualité, la stabilité et la performance de nos solutions logicielles.

Vos responsabilités incluront :

  • Analyser, reproduire et corriger les incidents applicatifs en lien direct avec les équipes de développement et les clients.
  • Identifier les causes profondes des problèmes techniques et proposer des améliorations durables.
  • Contribuer au code des solutions, notamment pour les correctifs, les optimisations ou les évolutions mineures.
  • Assurer la surveillance applicative (fonctionnelle et technique) et produire des rapports réguliers sur les incidents, l'usage et la sécurité.
  • Maintenir la documentation technique et enrichir la base de connaissances partagée.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes projets pour garantir la maintenabilité et la qualité des déploiements.
  • Possibilité d'évolution vers un rôle de Lead, encadrant d'autres ingénieurs support et coordinateur des activités du support logiciel.
Vos qualifications

Avec plus de 8 ans d'expérience dans le développement logiciel et le support applicatif, vous êtes un ingénieur pragmatique, orienté solution et qualité produit.

  • Solide expérience du support applicatif et des outils ITSM.
  • Bonne maîtrise de Java et du framework Spring.
  • Bonne compréhension du SQL et des bases de données relationnelles.
  • Connaissance pratique des environnements Docker et Kubernetes, sans être un administrateur système.
  • À l'aise avec les pipelines de CI/CD et la culture DevSecOps.
  • À l'aise en ligne de commande Linux pour lire des logs, configurer des services et déployer des applications.
  • Une expérience front-end (TypeScript, Angular, React, HTML/CSS) est un plus.
  • Excellent niveau d'anglais (C1), l'allemand est un atout.
