In dieser Rolle baust du ein leistungsstarkes DevOps Team auf und führst es sowohl strategisch als auch operativ. Du entwickelst unser ISMS nach ISO 27001 weiter und stellst die Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsstandards durch Audits, Dokumentation und Schulung sicher. Als DevOps Teamleitung koordinierst du die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen wie AI-Forschung und Produktentwicklung. Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen dem externen CISO, internen Stakeholdern und technischen Dienstleistern. Du steuerst das Budget deines Bereichs und gestaltest aktiv die technologische Weiterentwicklung deines Teams mit. RequirementsDu verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Infrastruktur und im Plattformbetrieb Deine Expertise umfasst moderne Cloud-Infrastrukturen (insbesondere Azure) sowie klassische On-Prem-Setups Du bringst fundiertes Wissen in Netzwerksicherheit, Firewalls, ISO 27001 und Serverarchitekturen mit Strategisches Denken und technisches Verständnis zeichnen deine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und führst Teams mit Engagement und Weitblick Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab Apply for this position SIMILAR JOBS
