We are seeking a motivated
EHS Professional
to join our high-impact life science and data center projects. This position will be based in
Zurich,
with a focus on projects in German-speaking Switzerland
.
Role Overview

• Lead the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) function on our projects with a hands-on and proactive approach, consistently raising the bar beyond local requirements for our international clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Health & Safety matters, engaging with the Project Team to foster a sustainable EHS culture
• Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety policies and procedures, ensuring strict compliance with Swiss statutory regulations
• Champion the Fundamentals of Safety to promote and embed a true Injury Free Environment (IFE) culture across all project activities
• Safeguard that all operations are conducted with a strong focus on environmental protection, pollution prevention, and the continual improvement of environmental performance

Role Requirements

• Education SUVA credentials and SCC certification are required. Relevant local certifications/qualifications as required by statutory regulations
• Field Experience Minimum of 5 years of site experience preferably within DPRs core markets
• Technical Skills Good understanding of applicable local EHS legislation, work methods, approaches to EHS, and cultural norms
• Language Fluency in English and German (minimum B1 level required)
• Workstyle Strong work ethic and a proactive "can-do" attitude. Excellent listening and communication skills
