In dieser vielseitigen Funktion bist du Teil eines dynamischen Umfelds und trägst wesentlich dazu bei, einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sicherzustellen. Wenn du strukturiert arbeitest, gerne mit verschiedenen internen und externen Ansprechpartnern kommunizierst und aktiv zur Optimierung unserer Prozesse beitragen möchtest, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Selbständige Bearbeitung der Nebenbuchhaltungen (Kreditoren und Debitoren)
  • Prüfung und Verbuchung von Rechnungen, Gutschriften und Zahlungen gemäss gesetzlichen sowie internen Richtlinien
  • Einleitung, Überwachung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen elektronischen Rechnungsfreigabeprozesses
  • Kontrolle der Rechnungsfreigaben und Einhaltung definierter Workflow-Durchlaufzeiten
  • Bearbeitung von Mahnungen und Unterstützung im Forderungsmanagement
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern und Lieferanten
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen im Rechnungswesen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen (z. B. Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen) von Vorteil
  • 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen, vorzugsweise in der Kreditoren- oder Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365 (insbesondere Excel und Word); Erfahrung mit
    SAP von Vorteil
  • Exakte, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gutes Organisationstalent
  • Teamorientierte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit lösungsorientiertem Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen (Französisch oder Italienisch) sind ein Plus
