Head of Agency (m/w/d)

Deine Mission

Du entwickelst Klexx strategisch, kreativ und operativ weiter und führst das Team mit Weitblick und Engagement. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Schlüsselkund*innen als Managing Director und treibst gleichzeitig Vision, Wachstum und Profitabilität der Agentur voran. Du berichtest direkt an den Verwaltungsrat.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Weiterentwicklung von Strategie, Positionierung und Angeboten
  • Gewinnung, Ausbau und Führung von Key Accounts
  • Entwicklung integrierter Kommunikationsstrategien und Steuerung von Kampagnen
  • Führung, Coaching und Wachstum des Teams
  • Verantwortung für Prozesse, Budgets, KPIs, Forecast und P&L
  • Leitung von Neugeschäft und Pitches
  • Direkte Berichtslinie an den Verwaltungsrat

Das bringst du mit

  • 5–10 Jahre Erfahrung in Agenturen oder verwandten Bereichen, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in Key-Account-Management und integriertem Marketing
  • Strategisches Denken, Präsentationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Unternehmerische Haltung, Entscheidungsfreude und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Im Herzen Kind geblieben – mit sicherem Gespür für Kinder und Familien
