For one of our client, we are looking for a :



Securities Reconciliation Specialist (1 year mission)

Your Mission:
  • Securities reconciliation
  • Reconcile positions (securities-funds) with depositories
  • Manual entry of the statements on their depositories not automatically reconciled, especially Hedge-Funds
  • Check differences and investigate a monthly basis (securities-funds)
  • Establish a list of pending for securities-funds
  • Treatment and follow-up of current files
  • Claim back missing statements
  • Responsible and able to handle investigations from the beginning to the end

Your Profile:

  • Experience confirmed in the securities reconciliation department
  • General knowledge of the Back-Office activities
  • Knowledge of GTMatch – GTExchange – Globus T24 (is an asset) – MS-Outlook – Excel – World – etc…
  • French mother tongue – English good level
  • Precise – meticulous - proactive
  • Flexibility – adaptability capacity – be comfortable working in a group and in open space
  • Stress resistant
