We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

• Contributing to the scientific foundation and athlete performance of our next generation performance footwear.
• You will be responsible for executing the strategic vision for Sports Science ensuring seamless interdisciplinary collaboration and integration to deliver groundbreaking product innovations.
• You will carry out human-centred tests to optimise human and product performance with an emphasis on running and multidirectional sports.
• You will serve a vital role in validating and maximising the impact of products through both advising and testing.
• Perform data collection utilising necessary sports science tools.
• Perform data and statistical analysis.
• Prepare results-based reports and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bachelor in Sports Science, Biomechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in python, MATLAB and Visual3D and other relevant software
• Passion for sports and a deep understanding of athletic performance
• Highly collaborative and empathetic team player
• Action orientated through execution with a continued growth mindset
• Fluency in English, written and verbal

The Innovation team is responsible for On's future products, out-of-the-box thinking and athlete-informed technology that differentiates On's products in the market. Within the Innovation team you will play a pivotal role in the Sports Science team which is focused on research and advanced product evaluation of performance footwear. You will have the opportunity to be part of an agile and interdisciplinary department of engineers, scientists and designers
