Für unseren Kunden suchen wir Sie als System Administrator/in / Security Administratorin. In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie im Security Operations-Team mit und sind verantwortlich für die Analyse für Security Alerts sowie für den Incident Response. Das Hardening der Kundenumgebungen sowie das Durchführen von Security Awarness Trainings gehört auch zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet. Sie nehmen Kundenanfragen an und koordinieren Support-Anfragen der Kunden. Sie sind verantwortlich für den 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support basierend auf den Technologien ((Microsoft Windows / Microsoft 365 / VDI-Systeme (Horizon, Citrix) / Sophos Firewall)) sowie für die Überwachung des Monitoring-Systems und der Mitarbeiter und des Alert-Handling im Security Operations Center.
