Responsibilities
• Centralized client file management: collecting complete onboarding/KYC documents from the BDD; responsible for CAS system input, data updates, and the ongoing maintenance of accurate and up-to-date client records; proper archiving of all onboarding and KYC documents in line with internal standards;
• Account service: CIF creation and client account opening; handling client requests related to account services, including deposits, FX exchanges, payments, cash delivery, bank statements, online banking service and other requests; verifying the authenticity of the client's instructions; monitoring alerts generated in SIRON and AMLMAS, and ensure timely uploading and submitting of the analysis to R&C for compliance follow-up;
• Loan administration and documentary handling of trade finance: performing loan administration operations after the initial drawdown reviews (for fulfilment of CP and credit approval conditions) done by RM and RC, including receiving the agent bank's notice, operation of CCMS and LIMS (e.g., loan drawdowns, rollovers, decreases, etc. but excluding the setup of CCMS contract management and LIMS tranche), conducting call back verification together with RM to customers ensure the authenticity of the instruments if no role conflict; documentary handling of trade finance and transaction booking;
• Compiling and reconciling the daily changes in large amount funding positions resulting from all financing activities for timely submission to the Global Market Team;
• Responsible for upgrade testing, verification and BCP drills of systems used in daily operations;
• Responsible for optimizing the workflows for account services, loan admin and centralized client file management, while implementing regular RACA reviews to ensure effective operational risk control;
• Fulfilling other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisors and Head Office.
Qualifications
Person specification
•
min. Bachelor degree in Economy/Finance/Accounting qualification,
•
Good understanding of general corporate banking products and services, including lending, deposits, FX exchange and related AML/Sanction requirements;
•
Proven analytical skills, business judgment and acumen.
•
Good communication skills.
Experience
•
Ideally Banking Experience.
•
Ideally Corporate finance business Experience.
•
Systems input and handling Corporate banking products knowledge.
Essential & Desirable Skills
•
Fluent English and French knowledge is a must, Chinese knowledge is a strong advantage;
•
Good MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel,
•
Be able to work accordingly and in coordination,
•
Capacity for multitasking,
•
Beyond reproach, ability to maintain a high level of integrity,
• "
Can-do" attitude, able to work under the pressure with tight deadlines.
