Administrative Assistant (German-speaking)
Our client, a large pharmaceutical organization, is looking for a German-speaking Administrative Assistant for a
contract position till end of June 2026 (with possibility for extension) in Bern, Switzerland
.
3 days per week on-site presence required.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide proactive, professional, and high quality administrative support to several executives and teams.
- As a team being point of contact for all admininstrative, process and system related questions and provide guidance, training and direction for all employees.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
- Commercial apprenticeship or high school diploma with advanced education in office administration
- Significant experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced international environment
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience with MS Office, affinity to work with different tools
- Good team player with high quality standards, strong communication, customer service focus (for internal and external customers)
- Experience in organizing meetings, workshops, and small events
