Pour renforcer ses équipes, WIT PARTNERS est à la recherche d'un(e) Support front office trading Junior. Cette opportunité vous permettra de rejoindre nos équipes dans le canton de Genève.

Responsabilités :

  • Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers (Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Finance)
  • Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées et collaborer avec les équipes de développement, QA et support
  • Piloter et réaliser les phases de tests fonctionnels (UAT), assurer la validation des évolutions et des correctifs
  • Participer aux ateliers avec les utilisateurs, assurer la coordination entre les équipes métier et IT
  • Suivre les évolutions : paramétrage, workflows, contrôles, reporting
  • Accompagner le déploiement en production et assurer le support fonctionnel de niveau 2
  • Identifier les axes d'optimisation des processus existants et contribuer aux améliorations continues
  • Interagir avec les équipes trading pour garantir la cohérence des processus FO/BO
  • Participer à l'intégration avec les systèmes externes (pricing, risk, référentiels, middle office)

Profil :

  • Diplôme en informatique, ingénierie, finance de marché ou équivalent
  • Expérience en amélioration de processus et gestion de projets IT fonctionnels
  • Minimum 1 an d'expérience en tant que Business Analyst dans un environnement financier ou trading
  • Connaissance appréciée d'un outil de trading ou de gestion des dérivés : Murex, Calypso, Kondor
  • Bonne compréhension des produits financiers : dérivés, fixed income, equity, OTC/listés, gestion du PnL & risques
  • Anglais courant
  • Français courant
  • Capacité à rédiger des spécifications, piloter des tests, analyser des anomalies
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles, communication claire et sens du service
