  • Definition und Einführung einheitlicher Projektmanagement-Prozesse, -Methoden und -Standards inkl. Governance und PjM-Handbuch für die Sparte Liebherr-Component Technologies AG
  • Steuerung der R&D-Multiprojektlandschaft inkl. Projekt- und Portfoliocontrolling (Kosten, Termine, Ressourcen, KPIs)
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Tooling sowie Projekt-Reporting für Management und Stakeholder
  • Implementierung von Target Costing und Kostensteuerungsmechanismen für Entwicklungs- und Stückkosten in Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling und Einkauf
  • Weiterentwicklung von PLM-Prozessen sowie Definition von Regelwerken für Produktlebenszyklen, Stücklisten und Konfigurationsmanagement
  • Verantwortung für den jährlichen R&D-Budgetierungsprozess inkl. Planung, Monitoring und Reporting
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Technology Management und weiteren Fachbereichen sowie Vertretung der R&D-Interessen gegenüber internen Stakeholdern
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Trainings und Schulungen im Projektmanagement-Umfeld
  • Weiterentwicklung sparten- und gruppenweiter Projektmanagement-Standards
Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projekt- und Multiprojektmanagement, idealerweise im R&D- oder Technologieumfeld
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Leitung eines PMO sowie im Projektcontrolling und Reporting
  • Führungserfahrung in interdisziplinären, idealerweise standortübergreifenden Teams
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Produktentwicklungsprozessen und Kostenstrukturen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement- und PLM-Tools
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz, Deutschland, Österreich und Frankreich
