Finance Controller (m/w/d % Job-Inhalt

Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, einem etablierten Unternehmen mit mehreren anspruchsvollen Mandaten im Finanzbereich, suchen wir eine engagierte, zahlenaffine und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die ihre Expertise im Controlling gezielt einbringen möchte. Aufgaben

  • Planung und Überwachung der finanziellen Performance einzelner Geschäftsbereiche
  • Erstellung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen, Abweichungsanalysen und Reportings für die interne Steuerung
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Budget-, Forecast- und Planungsprozessen
  • Unterstützung bei strategischen und operativen Entscheidungsprozessen
  • Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen, KPIs und Präsentationen für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Projektbezogene Prozessanalysen und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Controlling-Instrumente

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung, ergänzt durch eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung (z. B. Controlling, Finance)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling oder Finanzbereich, vorzugsweise in einem dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sowiesehr gute Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift(weitere Sprachkenntnisse wie Englisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil)
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Excel; Kenntnisse inSAP FI/CO wünschenswert, weitere ERP-Erfahrungen mit Abacus oder Navisionsind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenkompetenz und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz
