Vous avez comme responsabilité de construire commercialement une campagne thématique qui sera publiée avec un de nos partenaires médias (quotidien ou magazine).

Vous dirigez le processus de production de l'acquisition des clients, de la vente du concept jusqu'à sa conclusion.
En plus d'insérer le contenu éditorial, vous aurez l'opportunité de choisir les partenaires d'interview, de travailler avec nos journalistes et de veiller à ce que les images, les annonces et les textes soient idéalement placés.
Chaque projet a une durée de production de 2 mois avant d'être publié et de passer au projet suivant. La publication de 6 projets et l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux vous ouvriront la porte au statut de Senior Project Manager qui induit une première augmentation de salaire et de meilleures commissions.

Nous recherchons des personnes pour nos marchés en Suisse Romande et en France, de langue maternelle française, et avec de très bonnes connaissances en Anglais. L'Allemand est un plus.

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes dynamique et vous travaillez de manière structurée
  • L'échec ne vous effraie pas et la remise en question est une de vos qualités
  • Vous avez l'esprit entrepreneurial, la fibre commerciale et êtes attiré par les métiers de la vente.
  • Vous aimez réaliser vos objectifs et vous voulez atteindre le sommet, tout en ayant l'esprit d'équipe.
  • Vous possédez des qualités naturelles de leadership
  • Vous disposez idéalement d'un diplôme supérieur d'une Haute Ecole ou d'une qualification similaire. Une expérience en vente est un avantage, mais pas une obligation, étant donné que Smart Media fournit une première expérience de base dans ce domaine.
  • Vous êtes très résistant au stress, autonome et ambitieux.
