• Take on a crucial role within the Warehouse & Logistics Team at SM Pharmaceutical and Solid State Development (PTDCP) acting as one of the primary points of contact related to warehousing and logistics, including MES Pharmasuite, S4Hana/SAP systems.

• Support the organization and distribution of work for warehouse and material management within our MES/PharmaSuite, S4Hana/SAP system, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

• Manage the entire material lifecycle—from goods receipt and continuous inventory control to guaranteeing minimum stock levels and proper disposal.

• Act as a key liaison, ensuring seamless collaboration with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Site Logistics, and Procurement to optimize material management and logistics for PTDCP.

• Oversee the dispatch interface with the centralized site warehouse team (Bau 41), support in customs formalities and various shipping conditions to ensure a smooth flow of goods, meeting cGMP requirements.

• Own the Event Management process in Veeva Vault, including Deviations and CAPAs, and take responsibility for Change Management (PE).

• Drive continuous improvement and process simplification within your area of expertise and in collaboration with key interfaces.

• Represent the Warehousing SPOC in the Global Direct Materials Management Team and support the introduction and qualification of new direct materials.

• You have 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical business, either as an educated logistic expert with pharmaceutical background or as an educated Chemical/Pharmaceutical Technologist.

• You bring many years of relevant experience in organizing and optimizing processes and managing interfaces both within and outside of Roche.

• You are proficient in both spoken and written German and English.

• You have expertise in warehouse and logistics management, particularly within a GMP-regulated environment.

• You have knowledge of S4Hana/SAP, MES PharmaSuite and other relevant systems such as Veeva Vault.

• You have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, consistently ensuring compliance with all Roche policies and safety standards.

• You are committed to continuous learning and developing and participating in further education to expand your knowledge.
