Your Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize
    formulations for oral solid dosage forms including capsules, film-coated tablets, and sachets
  • Execute scientific experiments
    for formulation and process development with minimal supervision
  • Develop robust manufacturing processes
    including scale-up activities for clinical and commercial production
  • Support technology transfer
    to GMP pilot plants and production facilities
  • Utilize advanced digital tools
    such as e-Lab journals and data visualization platforms
  • Document and interpret
    experimental results while proposing next-step strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
    on pharmaceutical development projects
  • Ensure compliance
    with GMP standards during clinical supply manufacturing

Your Profile

  • Professional qualification
    as Pharmaceutical Technologist (Pharmakant/Chemie-/Pharmatechnologe) with 3-5 years industrial experience OR degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (MSc/BSc)
  • Proven expertise
    in formulation and process development for oral solid dosage forms
  • Strong experience
    with pharmaceutical technologies, unit operations, and functional excipients
  • Proficiency
    in digital documentation tools and e-Lab systems
  • Solid knowledge
    in galenic/pharmaceutical technology and process development
  • Excellent communication skills
    in English (oral & written); German/French advantageous
  • Safety-conscious approach
    to handling chemicals and pharmaceutical materials
