We are looking for an experienced senior application developer with comprehensive expertise in Python and PySpark JP) for one of our renowned customers. In this exciting role, you will make a significant contribution to the development and optimisation of applications and work in a dynamic DevOps environment.

Tasks:


•Development and implementation of applications using Python and PySpark.


•Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure a smooth development cycle.


•Collaborating in an agile DevOps team to continuously improve software solutions.


•Using Git for version control and team collaboration.


•Performing performance optimisations in data warehouse (DWH) environments (desirable).

Requirements:


•At least 5 years of experience as a software developer.


•At least 3 years of experience with Python and PySpark.


•Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.


•Confident use of Git.


•Experience in a DevOps environment.


•Knowledge of several of the following technologies or tools: Oracle, REST, Java, Docker, Kubernetes, Databricks, ETL/ELT, data modelling, SQL.


•Experience with Azure or other cloud technologies is an advantage.


•Experience with SAFe.

Education


•Completed training or degree in computer science or business informatics.

•German: fluent spoken and written (at least C1)


•English: good knowledge (B1/B2)
