Experienced Celonis Process Mining Consultant | Randstad Digital for a Key Client

Are you a Process Mining specialist with deep Celonis expertise and a knack for translating complex data into business value?

Randstad Digital is seeking an Experienced Celonis Process Mining Consultant to join our team in Switzerland, supporting a major client's operational excellence initiatives. This is a high-impact role where your technical skills will directly drive efficiency and transformation.

The Role: Celonis Process Mining Expert

You will be instrumental in the end-to-end implementation and utilization of the Celonis Execution Management System (EMS). Your core focus will be on data modeling, building compelling analyses, and implementing action-oriented dashboards to uncover and resolve process inefficiencies.

Essential Technical Skills (Mandatory)
We require a hands-on expert who can hit the ground running with the following core competencies:

  • Process Mining Mastery: A strong understanding of how Process Mining works (case creation, event logs, discovery, conformance checking, and analysis).
  • Query Languages: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and preparation, and PQL (Process Query Language) for complex, process-specific calculations and visualizations within Celonis.
  • OCPM Expertise: Hands-on experience with OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining) is a must. You must be able to design and work with the new object-centric data models to analyze multi-object and interconnected processes, moving beyond traditional case-centric limitations.
  • Data Modeling: Solid knowledge of database management concepts, including data normalization and de-normalization, for optimal Celonis data model performance.
  • Celonis Studio & Views: Proven experience in creating new views (analyses) and working effectively with dynamic variables to build flexible, high-value dashboards and apps for business users.

Highly Desirable Skills (A Plus)

  • Hands-on experience with Python for advanced data pre-processing, transformations, or custom integration tasks.
  • Familiarity with YAML (Yet Another Markup Language), often used in configuration files and Celonis application packaging.
