As our next Thermodynamic and Thermal Systems Manager, you'll be at the forefront of leading innovation in thermal management systems. Your expertise in thermodynamics, simulation, and system design will be key to accelerating time-to-market, optimizing performance, and driving strategic partnerships across the industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and mentor engineering teams and manage lab testing and validation activities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with product roadmaps

  • Integrate AI and advanced simulation tools to optimize thermal system design

  • Build partnerships with industry leaders and participate in forums and conferences

  • Present high-level reports to senior leadership and foster internal communication

What We're Looking For:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience required in thermodynamics and thermal systems in automotive and/or HVAC

  • Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermal simulation tools

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with sustainable refrigerants and global thermal system regulations

  • Fluency in French, German, or Italian in addition to English

  • Proven success in cross-functional leadership and data-driven strategy
