  • Lead technical strategy and architecture decisions, partnering with engineering and data teams to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.

  • Drive innovation and differentiation across search propositions to meet the current and future needs of clients.

  • Own product strategy and roadmap, making informed trade-offs on features and functionality for strategic initiatives.

  • Evaluate build vs. buy opportunities for advanced search components and manage partnerships with third-party providers as needed.

  • Support business teams with key presentations, strategy updates, and stakeholder communications.

  • Manage execution and resource planning to ensure the successful delivery of roadmap priorities.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, search technologies, and knowledge systems to inform product direction.

About You:

  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategies for complex technical domains.

  • Skilled at balancing innovation with scalability and performance requirements.

  • Comfortable making build vs. buy decisions and managing vendor relationships.

Product Management Excellence:

  • Track record of owning end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to delivery.

  • Strong prioritization skills to make informed trade-offs across competing initiatives.

  • Experience in roadmap planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder alignment.
