Your mission

  • Management and coordination of KYC and AML due diligence processes in connection with new investors and products
  • Overseeing the entire onboarding process for institutional clients in close coordination with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations)
  • Support in the design and implementation of new fund and product structures, particularly with regard to regulatory requirements
  • Reviewing and managing onboarding documentation, including legal, tax, and regulatory requirements
  • Communicating with external advisors, custodians, administration partners, and investors to coordinate onboarding and structuring requirements
  • Assisting in the preparation of product documentation, heads of terms, and side letters
  • Monitoring regulatory developments (e.g., AIFMD, MiFID, AMLD) and deriving relevant measures
  • Ensuring compliance-compliant integration of new clients and fund structures

Your profile

  • Degree in law, economics, finance, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in customer due diligence, AML/KYC, onboarding, or fund structuring, preferably in a fund company, bank, or law firm
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks (AIFMD, MiFID II, AMLD, FATCA, CRS)
  • Experience with fund structures in the private markets sector (private equity, real estate, private debt) is an advantage
  • Precise and structured approach to work with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team with internal and external stakeholders
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
