Your Responsibilities
Au sein de l'équipe Havas Sports en forte croissance, votre rôle sera de soutenir le développement de la BU auprès des organisations sportives en :

  • Produisant des livrables opérationnels : analyse de données et de performances, création de reporting et de dashboards, réalisation d'analyses ad hoc et traitement de données, etc.
  • Identifiant de nouveaux leviers de croissance : réalisation de benchmarks, identification de nouveaux prospects et nouvelles offres, tenue d'une base de données de prospection, etc.
  • Produisant des recommandations stratégiques : définition de stratégies marketing, data & CRM, conception de plans de communication et d'activations digitales, influence ou événementielles, etc.
  • Gérant et coordonnant les équipes internes, partenaires et fournisseurs sur des projets de A à Z sous la supervision d'un senior.
  • Rédigeant des pitchs et réponses à des appels d'offres : en prenant en compte la stratégie des détenteurs de droits, en réalisant des analyses de marché, en formalisant la méthodologie et le dispositif d'accompagnement, etc.

Your Profile

  • Formation supérieure (école de commerce ou université)
  • Une première expérience en agence ou au sein d'une organisation sportive est un plus
  • Excellente connaissance de l'écosystème du marketing sportif
  • Excellente maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel et PowerPoint)
  • Bonnes compétences analytiques et de synthèse
  • Capacité à gérer des projets
  • Français et anglais parfaits

Contrat : Stage conventionné par une école ou organisme tiers

Rémunératio: Stage rémunéré (1,250 CHF / mois), dans un environnement de travail flexible avec jours de télétravail garantis
