Are you a highly skilled and motivated
SQL Specialist
who would like to join the FinTech industry? In the IT Application Management team, you will play a key part in developing, optimising, and maintaining critical systems, including our
Master Data Management platform
,
interface reconciliation solutions
, and
data quality management tools
. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Development
    : Manage the full lifecycle of database queries and interfaces—from requirements analysis to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Data Integration & Reconciliation
    : Collaborate with other application management teams to enhance interface reconciliation processes.
  • System Integration
    : Utilise our low-code iPaaS solution to implement and optimize system integrations.
  • Performance Optimization
    : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Documentation
    : Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for implementations and processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education
    : Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related IT-focused discipline.

Technical Expertise
:

  • Advanced proficiency in
    SQL
    and
    Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
    .
  • Minimum
    5 years of relevant experience
    in database development and management.

Industry Knowledge
:

  • Experience in
    financial services
    ; knowledge of
    asset management
    is a strong plus.

Skills
:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in
    English
    ;
    German
    is an advantage.
