Ihre Hauptaufgaben
- Verantwortlich für den stabilen Betrieb, Unterhalt und die Weiterentwicklung unserer modernen SAP-Landschaft (SAP S/4HANA, SAP MES, SAP EWM) und deren Zusammenspiel mit Cloud-Lösungen (SAP BTP, SuccessFactors, SAP Work Zone) sowie Umsystemen
- Definieren und weiterentwickeln der SAP-Strategie hinsichtlich Architektur, Technologien, Standards und Roadmap
- Fachliche und personelle Führung des SAP Basis Teams sowie koordinieren von externen Partnern und Dienstleistern
- Beraten des IT-Managements zu Architektur-, Infrastruktur- und Security-Fragen
- Verantwortlich für SAP Security, Berechtigungskonzepte und Compliance
- Administration & Optimierung der SAP-Basis-Infrastruktur (Releasemanagement, Patches, Sizing, Performance, HA/DR, Monitoring)
- Koordination und Umsetzung von SAP-Infrastrukturprojekten sowie Mitarbeit in Business-Projekten, wie z. B. Migrationen, Rollouts, Cloud-Integrationen
- Sicherstellen von Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management sowie Pflege der Betriebs- und Validierungsdokumentation
Ihr Profil
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als SAP Basis Administrator, idealerweise im Umfeld von SAP S/4HANA und Microsoft/SAP Cloud Lösungen
- Erste Führungserfahrung als Teamleitung oder Projektleitung von Vorteil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP Security und Berechtigungswesen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Bereitschaft für Pikettdienste sowie gelegentliche Einsätze an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
