Pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique F&B, nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur(e) Banquets Operations Manager
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un ou d'une Banquets Operations Manager pour rejoindre l'équipe de notre restaurant en février-mars 2026.

Vos responsabilités inclueront entre autres:
- Préparation des salles de banquets selon les feuilles de fonction
- S'assurer du bon déroulement des évènements
- Atteindre et maintenir un haut niveau de service
- S'assurer de la satisfaction permanente de nos clients
- Contrôle régulier des équipements et report des problèmes au F&B Manager
- Planification de la partie opérationnelle des évènements
- Formation des nouveaux collaborateurs
- Etablissement des demandes d'extras en collaboration avec la F&B Manager
Vous êtes la personne parfaite si vous vous reconnaissez dans le profil que nous cherchons:
- Expérience précédente de 3 années dans un poste similaire au sein d'un établissement de même catégorie
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
- Solide compétence de gestion du temps, du stress
- Respect des délais
- L'organisation est un de vos points forts
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps
- Capable de travailler en autonomie
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
