German Speaking desk in MADRID

This is a full-time on-site role for a FX Options Sales Dealer on the German-speaking desk, based in Madrid. The role involves engaging with clients to provide tailored FX options solutions, managing key accounts, and driving sales initiatives. Responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience in Merchant Services and Account Management
  • Proficiency in Business Development and identifying client needs for tailored solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-site work environment and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Relevant financial services experience in FX or a related field is considered advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
