About the Role
As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in expanding Uber Eats' presence by forging strong partnerships with restaurants in your territory. This is a dynamic opportunity to sharpen your sales skills, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the growth of a leading food delivery platform.

- Represent Uber Eats with clarity and enthusiasm to restaurant owners, highlighting our services, values, and product offerings to inspire partnership.
- Develop and apply strategic prospecting techniques to build a robust pipeline of potential partners.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Uber Eats and our latest innovations.
- Collaborate with Operations and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and activation experience for new partners.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Uber Eats' mission and culture.
- Proactively engage with prospects through diverse channels-calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing timely, informative, and personalized output to restaurants proactively seeking to work with Uber Eats.
- Facilitate smooth and reliable steps of onboarding for new restaurant partners, ensuring all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently
Contribute to the expansion of restaurants across the German-speaking territory in Switzerland
Basic Qualifications -
Work authorization in Switzerland (no visa sponsorship provided)
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to sell, persuade, and negotiate with confidence
- Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings
- Comfortable using phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to drive engagement
Genuine passion for food, technology, and Uber Eats' mission
Preferred Qualifications -
Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress)
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Understanding of the Swiss restaurant and food delivery market
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., Italian)
- Background in fast-paced, target-driven environments
